Scan the QR code to quickly log in to the WeChat web version

There are a few points to note about integrating WeChat:

  • The integrated version is the WeChat web version, so accounts that cannot log in to the web version cannot be integrated with WeChat.
  • After each authorization, the unique identifier of WeChat friends will change, so WeChat customers' chat records in Chat-Line can only be maintained for a single authorization, i.e., the next time authorization is required, WeChat customers will be refreshed and chat records will be lost.
  • If WeChat has not been operated for a long time, Chat-Line's WeChat authorization may expire and re-authorization is required.

Authorization Steps​

  1. Enter the Chat-Line website backend, click Platform Integration / Integrate Account Web Customer Service

  2. Open WeChat and scan the QR code on the screen

  3. Wait for the system to complete the connection and synchronize contact information
