AI presets refer to customizing certain prompts that influence how your AI customer service performs. For example, you can specify the tone, attitude, and any other aspects you can think of when the AI responds.
- There is a limit of 10 preset contents
- The more preset content you have, the more AI tokens will be consumed. You need to balance between effectiveness and consumption
Supplementing Unknown Questions
Chat-Line records questions that AI failed to answer in the backend. Users can supplement answers based on their actual needs. The AI will learn from user-supplemented answers to improve the quality of future responses.
- For supplementary answers, they should be as detailed as possible to ensure better effectiveness
